What kind of information do we gather?

The User is not obliged to provide any personal data to SIX in order to access to the Portal. However, if the User wants to ask any questions or contact SIX, it will be necessary to provide certain personal data. SIX shall treat the Portal’s data confidentially and with the sole aim of managing relations with its customers and promoting the Company’s activities and products. Personal Data shall not, under any circumstances, be given to third parties.

8. JURISDICTION

These Terms of Use, and also, the relations between SIX and the User shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Spanish laws. For the resolution of any dispute arising between SIX and the User, both parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of the city of Madrid and expressly waive any other venue to which they might be entitled.
